Sessions
Individual sessions: $150 (50-55 min).
Couples Coaching & Co-Parent Coaching:
$225 (80 min); $125 (45 min).
EMDR/Sandtray Intensives: $175 per hour (2-4 hours); Intensives are not covered by insurance and may require a deposit at the time of scheduling.

Professional Case Consultation: $125 per hour.
a limited number of appointments are made available on a sliding scale for those who qualify.
Insurance
I am an in-network provider for Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield of Texas and Cigna.
As the insured, you will need to clarify with your carrier the details of your benefits and reimbursement rate if any.
I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance carriers. As an out-of-network provider billing details will be provided for you to submit to insurance. Your insurance carrier will clarify the reimbursement amount for therapy sessions and any additional information needed for claims.
